Roasted Baby Potatoes

We all love roasted baby potatoes in the oven! This recipe of baby potatoes with garlic and spices is incredibly easy and any beginner can do it. Also, it doesn’t take a lot of your time! Use your favorite spices and herbs and serve potatoes as a side dish to any of your favorite main dishes – meat, chicken, or fish, it perfectly fits everything.

Ingredients
- 1lb baby potatoes
- 3-4 gloves garlic
- 2 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
- dried rosemary
- paprica
- dried garlic

Steps
- Wash the potatoes very well, since we will cook it in the peel and it is necessary to wash it from all particles of earth. Cut each potato in half and place in large bowl.
- Mince the garlic.
- Add salt, pepper, paprica, rosemary and garlic to the bowl. You can use the spices listed hereor add your favorite spices instead. Don’t be afraid to experiment with different combinations of spices such as mediterranean herbs, dried adjika or basil for instance, to find your own unique taste.
- Add olive oil to the bowl. Then toss the potatoes with spices and oil until the potatoes are evenly coated. Transfer potatoes to the prepared baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Roast the potatoes until they are tender and golden for about 50-55 minutes. Serve immediately while potato still hot.
Wait till our roasted baby potatoes become tender and immediately serve it on the table! In our case we served it with green beans and lamb ribs.
